Deluxe Vintage story

Built on an eye for the unusual.

Deluxe Vintage started the way most good things do — with a genuine obsession. Spending years hunting estate sales, auctions, and private collections across the Midwest, the shop grew out of a simple belief: that well-made, thoughtfully designed objects deserve a second life with people who'll appreciate them.

Sourcing vintage pieces

The hunt is half the fun.

Every piece starts with legwork — estate sales, private collections, auctions, and a network of dealers and collectors built over years. We're not browsing the same wholesale catalogs as everyone else.

What you find here is the result of that process: unusual pieces, well-priced for what they are, with enough information to buy with confidence.

How we work.

A few principles that shape everything from how we source to how we ship.

1 Curation over volume

We don't move inventory for the sake of it. Every piece that comes through earns its place — chosen for quality, character, and the kind of presence that holds up over time.

2 Honest condition reporting

Vintage pieces have history. We document it — patina, wear, repairs, everything. No surprises on delivery. If you want more photos or details, just ask.

3 Shipping done right

Furniture and fragile pieces ship with trusted, insured partners. We pack carefully, communicate throughout, and don't consider a sale finished until the piece arrives safely.

From find to front door.

1
Source

We hunt estate sales, auctions, private collections, and our network of dealers across the Midwest and beyond — looking for pieces with genuine quality and story.

2
Evaluate & research

Every piece is researched, authenticated where relevant, and assessed for condition honestly. We identify the maker, era, and materials before anything goes up for sale.

3
List with full transparency

Condition notes, dimensions, provenance, materials — all documented. We include honest photography that shows the piece as it actually is, not just its best angle.

4
Pack & ship with care

Small items ship via standard carriers, carefully packed. Large and fragile furniture moves with insured specialists. We stay in contact throughout and follow up after delivery.

Sometimes, yes. We have an active network of collectors and estate sources and are always on the hunt. If you're looking for something specific, send us a message — we'll keep an eye out and reach out if it comes across our path.
We're straightforward about condition. Every listing includes honest notes on wear, patina, repairs, or anything worth knowing. Vintage pieces have history — we document it rather than hide it. If you want more detail or additional photos on a specific piece, just ask.
